This research focuses on the policies, issues, and rollout plans of our nation as well as those of other nations in gender equality in maritime affairs. By collecting, researching, and analyzing data, formulating policies, and hosting seminars to collect each sector’s insights and suggestions on female contribution; It's able to provide the Ocean Affairs Council with a reference for promoting gender equality in the future.
