In order to promote marine policy and build a marine country that considers the characteristics of ecology, safety, and prosperity, in the process of promoting the development of marine industry, Taiwan should start from the perspective of balanced regional development, consider the potential of various places to promote marine industry, and take stock of the energy of developing marine industry in each region. From the local traditional marine industry, marine culture to further consider the possibility and strategy of active development, we must also think about the necessity of developing new marine industry, to construct the advantages and objectives set by the marine industry zones in various regions of Taiwan, so as to build a complete marine industry chains in Taiwan.
