In accordance with Article 4, Paragraph 2 of the "Marine Industry Development Act," the "Content and Scope of Marine Industry" is hereby announced.

To clarify the scope of application of the Marine Industry Development Act and to promote relevant industry assistance measures, relevant industry content and scope are established, taking into account the “National Ocean Policy White Paper,”“ Standard Industrial Classification of Taxation of the Republic of China” relevant legal provisions, discussions, and opinions from seminars on the "Marine Industry Development Act," and related meetings.
