In line with Ocean Affairs Council’s policy goals, the 2023 Taiwan International Ocean Forum was held physically on June 7, 2023, in conjunction with the National Oceans Day. This forum focused on: “ocean education”, “marine ecology”, “maritime safety”, and “marine industry”. 

Domestic and international experts and scholars from the United States, the United Kingdom, Lithuania, Ukraine, Japan, Vietnam, the Philippines, and other countries have attended and shared their opinions. In total, approximately 200 participants from industries, governments, academia, and research institutes participated in the event, making this event fruitful and successful.
