In accordance with the Ocean Basic Act, the government shall release this white paper, which as the blueprint of government’s ocean policy, proclaimed the marine development vision and policy objectives of Taiwan. Governments at all levels should cooperate with the white paper, and review the policies and administrative measures they are in charge of. Move forward firmly and steadily through a forward-looking and innovative mindset. Improve and develop ocean affairs and fulfill the policy vision, so that the sea will no longer be our limitation, but it will make Taiwan great.
