Petition Submission Instructions
Dear friends,
- To ensure a timely response to your petition, please verify your email address within our system. Upon submission, our system will automatically send an "Email Verification" message to the provided address. Complete the email verification within 24 hours to proceed with submitting your petition. If you do not receive the "Email Verification" message, please check your "Spam" folder. The verification process mentioned above must be completed within 24 hours after receiving the verification email. If the verification expires, please re-initiate the process.
- In compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act , your personal information will not be shared without your consent unless required for official processes. Due to the statutory duties and specialized divisions of responsibilities of administrative agencies, if the matters raised in your email fall outside the jurisdiction of the OAC, it will be forwarded to the appropriate competent authority along with your basic personal information (such as name, phone number, address, email, etc.)
- For more complex cases requiring further investigation, the processing time shall not exceed 30 days. For cases that can be immediately addressed, a response will be provided within 10 working days from the day after the petition is accepted.
- If the content of your report or your identity needs to be kept confidential, or if you are concerned about information security risks associated with electronic transmission, please submit a written petition marked "Confidential"(保密) and mail it to the following address: 4F, No. 25, Chenggong 2nd Road, Cianjhen District, Kaohsiung City, 806614.
