OAC held the inaugural “Corporate Ocean Sustainability Contribution Awards” ceremony on November 12, 2025, at The One @ Taipei 101. Vice President Hsiao Bi-khim personally presented the awards, joining representatives of the winning enterprises and distinguished guests to mark the occasion. The event symbolized the shared commitment of the government and the private sector to safeguarding the ocean. Looking ahead, OAC will continue working with enterprises, civil society organizations, and partners across sectors to advance ocean sustainability initiatives. Through the promotion of the Awards, more businesses are encouraged to regard ocean protection as a core pillar of sustainable development and to embed it into corporate culture. When corporate action aligns with social responsibility, cleaner oceans and richer marine ecosystems can be achieved.
