The Ocean Affairs Council, the Council of Agriculture, and the Ministry of Transportation and Communications jointly released the “Standard Operations for Recreational Fishing Vessels and Yacht Management” on November 9, 2021 in order to simplify inspection procedures when recreational fishing vessels and yachts exit ports and shorten port exit inspection time, thereby facilitating the public’s engagement in sea affinity activities.
